How We Work

We are a Hampshire based company working on projects locally and within Surrey Berkshire London and Sussex

Please either fax, email or telephone us with the details of your project. The width, length, proposed height and what the ground conditions are where the deck is to be built - for example "dining room door leading out to sloping site that is part earth and part concrete". Please supply contact details and we will then contact you with estimated costs.

We then visit the location for a site survey and discuss design requirement with you, show timber samples and then send you a firm quotation.

We pride ourselves in taking care of your property as if it were our own, making sure dust sheets and protection for surfaces are used. No sloppy, muddy boots tramped around your hallways etc,

When you have approved your deck and other external structure we provide you with a firm start date and we keep you informed of our progress on our previous project. We allow contingency days for bad weather so occasionally in bad weather we may be a couple of days later than the date specified but we always keep you informed. Sometimes we also finish a project sooner than expected and in this situation we will contact you to see if we can start your project early/
